TechFest Twenty-Eleven TechFest is an event that Biz-Tech.org Hosts every year.  These pages are all about what you will find at TechFest and what the schedules are for the event.	Upper Missouri Valley IT Council In conjunction with Biz-Tech.org, the city of Williston will hopefully have an IT group in the city that collaborates and can fire questions to in order to make Williston networks and computers that much stronger.
